The Interdisciplinary and Global Working Group (IG-WG) held its inaugural workshop from 13 to 15 December in Potsdam.
The meeting included a public session which not only highlighted the Science and Policy of Short-Lived Climate-forcing Pollutants but also generated insights into related fields of policy ranging between food security issues and global climate change negotiations through expert contributions.

In addition, the IG-WG elaborated a work plan for 2013 which is comprised of an umbrella project focusing on integrated metrics of air pollution and climate change. Details will be published soon and are open to feedback.
